It took a bit to get the actual dmg file to download the software (the 5k website has never loaded from me so minus 1 star for that, but StackSocial customer support was super responsive in contacting them and getting the proper download link). But the actual software is great! When I upgraded my iPhone, my new phone said a bunch of the music I've *purchased* from iTunes wasn't available in this region. So I needed to go back to my old phone and get the music off it. But I was nervous about trying to do this with the music app on my mac, lest it delete the music on my old phone. The software helped me export it all smoothly.
Works great and does exactly what is says it does. Glad to have another option!

Great program if you want to easily download and backup your photos, music & videos. iTunes is too cumbersome for this. DearMob is much better! Customer support is also great! I was confused about it at first and they helped me a great deal! This is just for the Mac version so make sure you have a Mac! My fault, I bought it thinking I could use it for Windows. I do have a Macbook so no biggy. Very easy to use and the User interface is much easier to understand than iTunes.
